Listed below are the questions you will be ask by our Pettitcoat Specialists to take your order.
The nine things to decide upon to create your Perfect Petticoat are: |

| 1. Style Name and Petticoat Number |
| |
| 2. Petticoat Body Color |
| |
| 3. Size of Petticoat (please refer to our Size Chart) |
| |
| 4. Number of Layers desired (Please read the Petticoat description to see how many layers are offered with the Perfect Petticoat you are ordering and decide on your desired fullness.) |
| |
| 5. If you chose 3 layers for your Petticoat, decide if you would like the mid layer to be made of Marquisette Net. This is a fullness decision based upon how full you wish your Petticoat to be. |
| |
| 6. Length of Petticoat (A Petticoat length is measured from the top of the waist to the hem.) |
| |
| 7. If you have chosen a Petticoat with Ribbon trim, what Ribbon Color would you? |
| |
| 8. What HemTrim would you like? Please read the description of which HemTrim is offered with the Perfect Petticoat you are ordering. |
| |
| 9. What HemTrim Color would you like to have? |
| |
| When you have the answer to all 9 of these questions, or even just the major ones, call us to place your order. We will ask your name, your delivery address and method of payment. |

We take Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover, along with Personal Checks and Money Orders. |
| |
| Please Note: If the method of payment chosen is a Personal Check or Money Order, the Petticoat(s) will be sent to you after the Personal Check or Money Order has Cleared our bank. |

Our Terms of Service. |

| Cancellations are not allowed once Production has begun on a Petticoat. |
|
|
| |
| Foreign and Off-Shore Accounts must be Prepaid by Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Please note that all sales on international orders are final.

| Shipments are all F.O.B. Orlando Florida, 32803
|
|
|
| Our Terms are Prepay when placing the order only. We require all petticoat orders to be pre-paid at the time the order is placed.
|
|
|
| Deliveries are made via United Parcel Service (UPS). Regardless of where you are, all of our orders are shipped vial UPS. All orders are insured with UPS. Please specify any and all special shipping instructions a the time you place your order.

|
|
Returns: ABSOLUTELY NO MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHERIZATION FROM PERFECT PETTICOAT.
ALL CUSTOM PETTICOAT ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED SPECIAL ORDERS AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. PLEASE ORDER YOUR STYLES, COLORS AND PERSONAL PREFERENCES CAREFULLY.
ALL MERCHANDISE IS NON-RETURNABLE AFTER 7 DAYS.

| Packaging: All Perfect Petticoats are packaged in a plastic bag to insure stability in shipping.
|
|
|
| Sales tax will be collected on all orders delivered in the State of Florida unless a Signed Florida Sales Tax Certificate has been received prior to the order being placed. Out of State (Florida) deliveries are exempt from Sales Tax.
|
|
|
| Damage in Delivery: If damage has occurred during delivery, please contact carrier immediately as our responsibility ends at transfer to delivery agent. (UPS)

Levels of Service.
How fast your Custom Petticoat is manufactured and ready to send out via UPS to you!
Perfect Service
Our Perfect Service is our standard service of manufacturing time and our Petticoat Production is running aprox. 30 days. If we can get it out to you in less time we will do so at no additional cost.
Premium Service
With our Premium Service we will manufacture your Custom Petticoat and have it on it’s way out the door to you 14 days (Two Weeks) or less. This service is 25% additional cost. |

At the time of placing your Perfect Petticoat order, please indicate your preferred level of delivery. We offer UPS service on 4 levels:
Regular Ground Delivery
3 Day Select
2nd Day Air
Next Day Air.
